Accommodations

Block Rates have been secured to accomodate teams in same locations as best as possible. They are subject to availability and good only up to 30 days prior to arrival date. After each deadline rooms will be released back to hotels. If you book using the Wildfire Block Rates you must adhere to the following policies.

The number of rooms or suites through the Wildfire block is limited so you are encouraged to make your plans early. In case you do not find the type of suite you are looking for or for any other reason prefer to book online, you may do so subject to pricing and availability on websites at time of booking. When booking online you will be subject to each property's own individual cancellation policies. 

Lake Buena Vista Resort & Spa

2 Bedroom Apartment has one bedroom with a King, one bedroom with Two Twins, Queen Size Pullout Couch in Living Room, Full kitchen, Washer/Dryer.
3 Bedroom Unit has the same as above, but has a King in the 3rd Bedroom.

$128.50 per night -  for the 2 bedroom, 2 bath
$148.50  per night - for the 3 bedroom, 2 bath
These rates include resort fee.

PAYMENT: Individuals are responsible for the payment of their own charges. One night room and tax is due at time of booking; balance due upon arrival to hotel. CANCELLATION:  Both hotels -  Cancel 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival date to avoid a one night room tax and tax penalty.
EARLY DEPARTURES: Lake Buena Vista - $40.00 early departure fee will be applied for individuals departing before the rooms block dates.
